Summer Board News Letter A special thanks to all owners who’s yards look fantastic! The flowers, plantings and landscape work is in full bloom and are appreciated for all to see. As a quick reminder, we use the same standard as Peachtree city and the city of Senoia; Growth and weeds over 8” tall put a yard out of compliance. If you not a fan of yard work, remember weeds grow faster than our turf grasses. If your yard is treated for weeds, you will actually have to mow less often than if left untreated. Thanks to all who have participated in keeping our library updated and to Sonya for our new stepping-stones. Summer brings boating and camping trips. The board will approve two day variances on the front and back end of trips for boat and RV owners yet, you must email the board in advance. Walkers are out in abundance so continue to be considerate and watch your speed as we do not have sidewalks. Thank you to all who
