Greetings Whisper Creek Homeowners:

 

 

The summer months are all but behind us and Fall is just around the corner, once again the time has come to begin preparations for the Whisper Creek Annual Homeowners’ Association Meeting.  This year’s meeting will be held at 2 pm on October 29th at the Freeman-Sasser Building in Seavy Street Park.  

 

One of the first steps in preparing for the annual meeting is determining those who are interested in running for the HOA Board and the ACC Committee.  Ideally, we would like at least 5 homeowners to serve on the board and 3 non-board members to serve on the ACC Committee (Architectural Control Committee).  The ACC Committee processes homeowner’s requests for property improvements.  It is important to have different homeowners rotating through the board and the ACC to gain fresh perspectives and to get more homeowners board experience.

 

If you are interested in serving on the 2022 – 2023 Board or the ACC Committee, please contact a current board member via email, text, phone or in person.  You can also send a message to the board expressing your interest to serve in one of these positions by sending an email to our website: whispercreekcommunityhoa@gmail.com.  This will ensure that your name is on the Ballot.  We would appreciate having your response by September 10th so that your name can be included on the Ballot / Proxy.  However, if you’re undecided, you can write in your name on the Ballot / Proxy before the annual meeting.

 

The Ballots / Proxy will be sent out in September with a letter to homeowners on how to complete their ballots / proxy and again announcing the HOA October Annual Meeting date, time, and location.

 

Thank you in advance for your interest in becoming a board or committee member.  If you have questions regarding these positions, do not hesitate to reach out to a current or past Board /Committee Member.

2023 Dues

    WHISPER CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION P.O. BOX 932 SENOIA, GA 30276               February 8, 2023   Attn: Whisper Creek Homeowner    The 2023 Whisper Creek Homeowners Association dues are due March 1, 2023, and they will become delinquent April 1, 2023. The Whisper Creek HOA dues are $120.00 per year. Delinquent accounts incur a late fee of $10.00 each month until paid   Please mail your annual dues to the Whisper Creek HOA at the above address.
