The 2023 Whisper Creek Homeowners Association dues are due March 1, 2023, and they will become delinquent April 1, 2023. The Whisper Creek HOA dues are $120.00 per year. Delinquent accounts incur a late fee of $10.00 each month until paid

 

Please mail your annual dues to the Whisper Creek HOA at the above address. As an alternative, you are welcome to give your dues payment in person to any Board member.

BOX 932 SENOIA, GA 30276       Greetings Whisper Creek Homeowners:     The summer months are all but behind us and Fall is just around the corner, once again the time has come to begin preparations for the Whisper Creek Annual Homeowners’ Association Meeting.  This year’s meeting will be held at 2 pm on October 29 th  at the Freeman-Sasser Building in Seavy Street Park.     One of the first steps in preparing for the annual meeting is determining those who are interested in running for the HOA Board and the ACC Committee.  Ideally, we would like at least 5 homeowners to serve on the board and 3 non-board members to serve on the ACC Committee (Architectural Control Committee).  The ACC Committee processes homeowner’s requests for property improvements.  It is important to have different homeowners rotating through the board and the ACC to gain fresh perspe...
