COVENANT COMPLIANCE
One of your HOA Board’s principal responsibilities is to ensure that everyone complies with the covenants that we agreed to when buying a home in Whisper Creek. Unfortunately, the Board has recently received a number of comments and complaints from homeowners who believe that one or more of their neighbors are not doing so. Please remember:
· Vehicles cannot be parked on grass.
· Parking on the streets within the subdivision, except for emergency and guest parking is strictly prohibited.
· Commercial, recreational vehicles and utility trailers must be stored upon a lot in a manner not visible from the street or neighboring residence.
· Inoperable vehicles must be parked in the garage.
· All grass and landscaping must be properly maintained including mowing, edging, and weed treatment.
· All exteriors must be properly maintained, including painting, repairs and pressure washing.
· No activities can cause excessive noise or annoyance to adjoining homeowners.
Also, please remember that the speed limit in our community is 25 mph. That’s the law.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Sincerely,
Your Whisper Creek HOA Board of Directors
