The 2025 HOA Community Picnic was a success!!

Thanks to all who were able to join us for hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream. And a special thanks to all that provided the delicious side dishes!

These opportunities to talk and get to know our neighbors are special times!

Dues Reminder

Hello Whisper Creek Families! You should have received your letter regarding homeowner dues. The Whisper Creek Homeowners Association (WCHOA) annual dues are due March 1, 2021 and become delinquent April 1, 2021. The WCHOA dues are $120.00. Delinquent accounts incur a late fee of $10.00 per month until paid in full (including late fees) . Please mail your annual dues to the Whisper Creek HOA at PO Box 932, Senoia GA 30276. Alternately, you may choose to give your payment to any board member. If you have any questions, please leave a comment or notify a board member.

WHISPER CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION P.O. BOX 932 SENOIA, GA 30276 Greetings Whisper Creek Homeowners: The summer months are all but behind us and Fall is just around the corner, once again the time has come to begin preparations for the Whisper Creek Annual Homeowners’ Association Meeting. This year’s meeting will be held at 2 pm on October 29 th at the Freeman-Sasser Building in Seavy Street Park. One of the first steps in preparing for the annual meeting is determining those who are interested in running for the HOA Board and the ACC Committee. Ideally, we would like at least 5 homeowners to serve on the board and 3 non-board members to serve on the ACC Committee (Architectural Control Committee).
