Annual Meeting, Saturday November 20, 2021

The Whisper Creek Homeowners Association Annual Meeting has been rescheduled for Saturday November 20, 2021, at 2:00pm. This year’s meeting will be held at the corner of Bobtail & Pintail at the Dyer’s residence side yard. To best protect our homeowners, this will be an outside meeting and we strongly encourage the use of masks and the practice social distancing. We will follow any current state laws and or mandates at the time and date of the meeting. Please bring a chair and plan to join other Whisper Creek Homeowners. 

 

Note: The Rain date for the Annual Meeting will be Sunday November 21, 2021 

 

The main purpose of the annual meeting is to:

·      Update the homeowners on the status of their HOA and Securement of D&O Insurance 

·      Operational over-view including review of the new website function 

·      Solicit and discuss input from the homeowners 

·      Election of new Board Members and ACC members for the 2021 – 2022 year 

The ballot/proxy is included with this letter 

 

This year’s candidates for the Board of Directors are:

·      Brad Dyer

·      Jeanie Mahoney

·      Kenneth Timmons

·      Mark Richards

·      Eddie Thompson

 

We will also be electing new Architectural Control Committee members and we need 3 homeowners to serve in this position. Any title listed homeowner can serve on the ACC and they do not have to be a board member.

 

This year’s candidates for the ACC are:

·      Toni Dyer

·      Mike Mahoney

·      Cathy Richards

 

Write-In candidates for both the Board of Directors and the ACC are welcomed.

 

If you will not be unable to attend, please proxy your vote so that it will be counted at the annual meeting.

2023 Dues

    WHISPER CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION P.O. BOX 932 SENOIA, GA 30276               February 8, 2023   Attn: Whisper Creek Homeowner    The 2023 Whisper Creek Homeowners Association dues are due March 1, 2023, and they will become delinquent April 1, 2023. The Whisper Creek HOA dues are $120.00 per year. Delinquent accounts incur a late fee of $10.00 each month until paid   Please mail your annual dues to the Whisper Creek HOA at the above address.
