Welcome to Whisper Creek!

Greetings Whisper Creek Homeowners, 

 

My name is Mark Richards, and I was recently elected President of the Whisper Creek Homeowners’ Association.  

 

Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.  This is a responsibility that I take seriously, and I see this as an opportunity to make a difference in our community.  I use the word “community” because one of my first orders of business is to cultivate a sense of community within Whisper Creek. Through events and programs already being developed, planned, and implemented by your new board, I/we want every homeowner to feel that they are a valued part of this community. 

 

Another goal is to establish transparency between the board and the homeowners.  One of the ways we want to ensure transparency is through our new website at: https://whispercreeksenoia.blogspot.com.  All of the meeting minutes, covenants & by-laws, ACC Requests Forms and other valuable information will be listed there for your review. If you have questions or concerns, you can leave a comment. You can also email the board at whispercreekcommunityhoa@gmail.com. Someone from the board will get back in touch with you within 3-business days.

 

Folks, we have a unique opportunity to build on the beauty of this neighborhood by working together to:

·      Create a sense of community

·      Meet the basic requirements of our covenants as property owners

·      Ensure that through our compliance with the covenants and by building pride within our community, we will positively affect our property values

Dues Reminder

Hello Whisper Creek  Families!  You should have  received  your letter regarding homeowner dues. The Whisper Creek Homeowners Association (WCHOA) annual dues are due March 1, 2021 and become delinquent April 1, 2021.   The WCHOA dues are $120.00. Delinquent accounts incur a late fee of $10.00 per month until paid in full (including late fees) .  Please mail your annual dues to the Whisper Creek HOA   at PO Box 932, Senoia GA 30276.  Alternately, you may choose to give your payment to any board member.   If you have any questions, please leave a comment or notify a board member.

HOA Annual Meeting Announcement

  WHISPER CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION P.O. BOX 932 SENOIA, GA 30276       Greetings Whisper Creek Homeowners:     The summer months are all but behind us and Fall is just around the corner, once again the time has come to begin preparations for the Whisper Creek Annual Homeowners’ Association Meeting.  This year’s meeting will be held at 2 pm on October 29 th  at the Freeman-Sasser Building in Seavy Street Park.     One of the first steps in preparing for the annual meeting is determining those who are interested in running for the HOA Board and the ACC Committee.  Ideally, we would like at least 5 homeowners to serve on the board and 3 non-board members to serve on the ACC Committee (Architectural Control Committee).  The ACC Committee processes homeowner’s requests for property improvements.  It is important to have different homeowners rotating through the board and the ACC to gain fresh perspe...
