Welcome to Whisper Creek!

Greetings Whisper Creek Homeowners, 

 

My name is Mark Richards, and I was recently elected President of the Whisper Creek Homeowners’ Association.  

 

Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.  This is a responsibility that I take seriously, and I see this as an opportunity to make a difference in our community.  I use the word “community” because one of my first orders of business is to cultivate a sense of community within Whisper Creek. Through events and programs already being developed, planned, and implemented by your new board, I/we want every homeowner to feel that they are a valued part of this community. 

 

Another goal is to establish transparency between the board and the homeowners.  One of the ways we want to ensure transparency is through our new website at: https://whispercreeksenoia.blogspot.com.  All of the meeting minutes, covenants & by-laws, ACC Requests Forms and other valuable information will be listed there for your review. If you have questions or concerns, you can leave a comment. You can also email the board at whispercreekcommunityhoa@gmail.com. Someone from the board will get back in touch with you within 3-business days.

 

Folks, we have a unique opportunity to build on the beauty of this neighborhood by working together to:

·      Create a sense of community

·      Meet the basic requirements of our covenants as property owners

·      Ensure that through our compliance with the covenants and by building pride within our community, we will positively affect our property values

Annual Board Meeting - August 22nd, 2pm Freeman-Sasser building located at Seavy Park, 418 Seavy St. Senoia 2021 Whisper Creek HOA Annual Meeting    The Whisper Creek Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday August 22, 2021 at 2:00pm.    This year’s meeting will be held at the Freeman-Sasser building located at Seavy Park, 418 Seavy St. Senoia, GA.    There is a playground available for children to play and we hope for favorable weather so all can enjoy the day.    Masks and social distancing will be encouraged based on your personal preferences and we will follow any current state laws and or mandates at the time and date of the meeting.    The main purpose of the annual meeting is to: ·        Update the homeowners on the status of their HOA and Securement of D&O Insurance  ·        Operational over-view including review of the new website functio...
