It was good to see everyone that attended as there was some good information shared. The new board would like to thank Mark Richards and Tom Vanhoozen for their dedicated board service over the past few years. Mark has served us as President for the past 4 years! Thanks Mark and Tom! BOX 932 SENOIA, GA 30276 Greetings Whisper Creek Homeowners: The summer months are all but behind us and Fall is just around the corner, once again the time has come to begin preparations for the Whisper Creek Annual Homeowners’ Association Meeting. This year’s meeting will be held at 2 pm on October 29 th at the Freeman-Sasser Building in Seavy Street Park. One of the first steps in preparing for the annual meeting is determining those who are interested in running for the HOA Board and the ACC Committee. Ideally, we would like at least 5 homeowners to serve on the board and 3 non-board members to serve on the ACC Committee (Architectural Control Committee). The Whisper Creek Homeowners Association Annual Meeting has been rescheduled for Saturday November 20, 2021, at 2:00pm. This year’s meeting will be held at the corner of Bobtail & Pintail at the Dyer’s residence side yard. To best protect our homeowners, this will be an outside meeting and we strongly encourage the use of masks and the practice social distancing.
